It is not a good feeling if you are sick. Getting colds irritate you together with cough and headache that gives you a really bad day. I am very sensitive on medicines to take because I have tried a lot of medicines that some are not effective and waste me a lot of money. The traditional western medicines are advised by people, family and doctors that would cure for right medication with check up analysis by professional doctors. I was told that if you take drugs there is a change but, in the future there are consequences. I have been given a lot of medications of different sickness and have been given different medicines in one condition.
My co-worker heard me often in the office with a thunder coughs and asked me to try herbal medicine, ginger. She said “there is nothing wrong if you take ginger, just try it”.
Process: Peel the ginger and sliced it thinly. Put it in the hot water and wait for 15 minutes until cools down.
After 3 days of taking a ginger in a hot water, I have been well from bronco pneumonia.
